Why workplace mental health deserves attention
Work is where adults spend much of their waking lives. When stress, burnout, or anxiety go unaddressed, they rarely stay private. They show up as lower focus, absenteeism, conflict within teams, and eventually attrition.
Many employees stay silent because of stigma or worry about how it will be seen. Organisations that talk openly about mental health, and make confidential support easy to reach, tend to build more trust and more resilient teams.
Our EAP: confidential support for your people
An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) gives employees a trusted, confidential place to turn for personal and work-related concerns, before those concerns affect their health and performance. JivSetu's EAP is delivered by our network of psychologists, counselling psychologists, and psychiatrists.
Confidential counselling
One-to-one sessions for stress, burnout, anxiety, relationships, grief, and life or career transitions.
Psychiatric consultation pathway
Where symptoms are severe or may have a medical component, employees are guided to a psychiatric consultation.
Manager guidance
Support for managers on how to notice, approach, and refer a team member who is struggling.
Workshops and awareness sessions
Burnout, work-life balance, stress, and mental health awareness, designed around your teams.
Mental health check-up events
Confidential screening conversations that give employees practical, individual guidance.
Programme-level feedback
HR receives overall observations to shape the programme, never an individual's personal details.
How an EAP starts with JivSetu
Discovery conversation
We learn about your organisation: size, culture, existing support, and what you hope to change.
Needs mapping
Together with HR, we identify the main stress points and who is most affected.
Plan design
We agree the plan, the services included, and how employees will reach them confidentially.
Launch
An introductory session tells employees what is available and how privacy is protected.
Delivery and review
Sessions run as planned, and we review progress with HR and adjust.

What HR and leadership should know
It works best as a series
A single session raises awareness, but lasting change usually needs follow-up. We will help you decide what fits your organisation.
Individual conversations stay confidential
Where employees see a counsellor, what they share is private. Organisations receive overall programme feedback, not personal details.
Leadership involvement matters
Programmes land best when managers take part and model openness, so sessions for managers can be part of the plan.
